Most of my time I spend trying to create (or find) order, connection or purpose in my surroundings. It should be no surprise to me that in my paintings the same thing happens. For me, art is a visual expression of an emotional connection to something, whether it is a landscape, a single flower, or a thought. Every piece tells a story and it’s wonderful if my story touches the soul of the viewer too.

Open Studio Tour


Saturday, November 10th and Sunday, November 11th from noon until 5:00, I will be participating in an Open Studio Tour for the Tucson Pima Arts Council. I submitted an image from this series for their approval and promotion.
